Welcome to Mountain Kid Outfitters! We are a family run business, founded in 2017, based right here in the heart of Breckenridge, CO.

I’m a business women, mother, student, and long time local of Summit County Colorado. This company grew from the idea of two sisters who saw a need in the community and acted on it. Providing the service of snow clothing rental, a service that is limited but well required in this ski towns. Too many times I had witness first-hand how tourist/family from warm climates do not need snow clothes. So I found it unbelievable how people would buy this expensive outfits for a one time use. Something had to be done! and the idea for Mountain Kid Outfitters was born.

Forget spending oodles of money on new boots, bibs, and coats  for the season; or even worse for a week’s vacation in the mountains. Instead, rent our top of the line, name brand gear and spend that savings on something fun – dog sledding, snow tubing, or even a night on the town with the family!

We specialize in infant to youth sizes as we parents know how kids grow like weeds. But we also have a couple pieces for the kids at heart.

On the other hand we are a company that promotes conscience vacationing. Don’t add to the growing problem of polluting by throwing away snow clothes. Instead rent from us!! Save Money, Save Time and Save the Earth.
